Hi! I’m Gaelan, a librarian and information professional based in Hamilton, Ontario. I hold a Master of Library and Information Science from Western University and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Photography from Toronto Metropolitan University. My path has run through a university lending library, a digital archive, web content work, and five years running my own fabric shop, where I learned that the best service starts with a good question. I love helping people find what they need, building clear information resources, and running workshops that make learning fun.
